These specially designed GDI Window Sash Locks are loaded with hidden features. The clean, low profile design of these locks make them very attractive. When properly installed, the revolving cam locking mechanism provides a 5/8 inch (15.9 millimeter) draw-in at the sash. Capable of up to 250 pounds in forced entry resistance tests, these locks are non-handed which helps to hold down expensive inventories. The sash locks are designed so that they can be used in tandem with a tie bar connecting the two locking points.
