Operator's patented dual arm action pushes the sash open while
pulling the hinge side of the sash to the open position. When properly

less than one foot-pound to open and close a 60 pound (27.2 kilogram) sash

zinc plated steel. These non-handed hinges are designed for use with both
project-out awning windows and also casement windows that have a lip on
the outside edge of the sash. The 4-Bar Hinge mechanism allows the sash to
project out from the frame before it pivots. This hinge is made by

This unique
Dyad Casement Operator provides
smooth, continuous control of casement and single vent awning windows. The
dyad, or two-linked design, provides smooth operation of windows. The
detachable clip linkage allows this operator to be disengaged from the
sash for easy assembly and installation. A three-point mounting feature
provides increased stability of the operator on the window. Machine
screws, set five inches (127 millimeters) on center, thread through the
window frame and into the back of the operator case for mounting. One
