Better Bilt, Elco, Century, Merizon, House of Aluminum, Capitol, and many other manufactures. The wheels in these windows do flatten and break over time and need replacement. Replacing the rollers, and replacing the rollers with a similar wheel will prevent track and frame damage of the window.
